1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You must provide an unboxing video and clear photos as proof


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges  are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed..
